Wear your perfume where you want......

We all love a nice fragrance, and love to be enveloped in it. I am sure you would love it some you get compliments for that favorite perfume.

Oriflame - Giordani Gold Eau De Parfum
My favorite perfume is Oriflame's Giordani Gold Eau De Parfum.

Did you know?

  • Apply your perfume where you would like to be kissed. For your perfume to spread more, apply it on the pulse points. Pulse points like behind the ear, the nape or base of the neck, bottom of the throat, inside the elbow, inner wrist and behind the knee. Avoid rubbing your wrist after applying (a habit you need to kick)

  • If you want your perfume to last longer apply a cream or a moisturizer at the pulse points first. If you have a cream of the same fragrance as your perfume, then the fragrance will last longer.

  • Apply the perfume right after you shower, it would last longer, because moisture helps retain the perfume.

  • You are never able to smell the perfume on your own self because your brain and nose are so accustomed to it.

  • One perfume smells differently on different people.

  • When you are out to select a perfume, make sure you neutralize your nose to the scent by sniffing your own clothes or your arm instead of coffee beans (usually offered at stores)

  • Once you spray the perfume when selecting one, wait for a minute or two before you sniff it.

  • Store your perfume inside its box or inside your cupboard not on the dressing table as most of us do. Exposure to sunlight will breakdown the ingredients. Avoid storing it in the bathroom as humidity will damage it to a large extent.

  • If you are allergic to perfumes then you must try some that are mild or made from natural essential oils. There are very few cosmetic companies like Oriflame (Swedish cosmetics) that sells perfumes made from natural oils.
